Our luxury beach house/villa is a self catering apartment with fantastic views of the sea and robben island. It's location in Llandudno makes it an ideal holiday for those travelling to Cape Town.

The house is built on a single level with few stairs to cause problems for young children or guests with mobility issues.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is on-suite, and a visitor’s cloakroom. The TV lounge (with satellite TV and internet phone point) is separate from the living room so there is a choice: peace and quiet or movies and sport (including live UK Premiership soccer and rugby and cricket) The dining area has a double height ceiling, leading to a large, fully equipped kitchen.

Outside, across the lawn, there is a pool, enclosed for the safety of young children. Solar heating and a pool cover have been installed to keep the water warm particularly during the summer.

For outside dining a teak table and chairs are set beneath a wooden shade. A covered BBQ is set into the house.

The house manager, Annie, who lives in her own apartment below the house (complete with private access), is on hand to show you round the house on your arrival and deal with any questions you may have during your stay. Julia, who cleans the house, comes in 4 mornings a week.

A small grocery pack can be provided for you on your arrival.
