Cape Town House

Location - House Position

Perched on rocks with one of the best views in Cape Town lies The Beach House.

Sit in the garden and enjoy one of the few uninterrupted views in Llandudno along the length of the beach. Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated, can be seen in the distance. From the garden you stand a good chance of seeing whales in the Bay during the season. Keep your eyes peeled and you might also see schools of dolphins chasing pilchards or seals playing in the surf.

Unlike other properties you won’t need to climb on the roof to see the sea; it’s right there, all of it, stretching before you. The house also benefits from facing the right way to avoid the afternoon glare off the sea.

The Beach House is not overlooked and there are few more private locations in the area. The house is situated at the end of a quiet road with shade and privacy provided by the mature trees surrounding the house (including a prolific lemon tree for that essential Gin and Tonic.) Parking is also shaded and off-road.

Access to the beach is a 10 minute walk down the hill with a more energetic return! Alternatively you can take the car round to the small car park. Visitors to the house are also welcome to use the Llandudno tennis court for a small extra charge. Remember to bring your own racquets.
