A R3000 damage/loss deposit is payable upon arrival. This is refunded less any outstanding claims, damages or loss and telephone expenses once the house has been checked at the end of the rental period.

Low Season
The Cape Town winter (May to August) is an often ignored time to visit the region. While sweaters are needed in the evenings and early mornings, the temperature frequently rises above 20 C and the days are less windy and very clear. The house has an open fire and full heating. Charges for electricity are additional at this very low rent period.
